New Department of the Ministry of Combatins of the Republic of Crimea: How will the activities of accommodation and guides be regulated

The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea has formed a department of regional state control (supervision) in the field of tourism. The department’s specialists have the right to make preventive visits to the recent hotels, inform, advise, give recommendations, conduct visiting inspections and issue warnings to eliminate discovered inconsistencies.

Also, the department will be carried out by state control in terms of activities of guides and guides-translators.

How much is the department aimed at preventing violations and helping business in their elimination, and not just on the imposition of fines? How often will verification raids be carried out?
