Portal Municipalities.RF will become a multifunctional assistant for local government specialists and will make it easier for them to perform current tasks. The presentation of the new project took place within the framework of the All-Russian Municipal Forum “Small Motherland — the Strength of Russia”.
This is the first stage of creating a unified digital platform for municipal employees. Its functionality is built on the basis of the wishes of government officials, voiced within the framework of the Presidential Council for the Development of Local Self-Government. Key sections were identified on the basis of a sociological study of the project developer, the parent organization of the Regional Management Centers — ANO «Dialogue Regions».
Every year the workload on municipal employees is growing. We see this, among other things, by the increase in the number of requests. Every month, Russians send about 500 thousand messages to authorities, 70% of them are in the area of responsibility of municipalities. This created a request for a single portal with services that help optimize work processes,” said Vladimir Tabak, general director of the Dialogue Regions ANO.
Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk emphasized that in modern conditions it is important to have access to a resource where everything is collected in one place.
Municipal employees have to work with a large amount of information every day. The opportunity provided by the new portal will allow them to speed up their work, exchange experience in implementing best practices and learn new things on one resource,” noted Yuri Gotsanyuk.
The portal is an add-on to existing services that were developed with the support of leading organizations in the municipal government system: the Administration of the President of Russia, VARMSU and VShGU RANEPA. Currently the resource includes 8 digital tools.
Among them are the services: “Legal Vector”, “Municipal Navigator”, “Municipal Practices”, “Municipal Dialogue”, “Municipal Academy”. The portal will be regularly updated with up-to-date information.
