In the outpatient department of medical rehabilitation of the Kerch City Hospital No. 3, new Russian-made equipment was installed, purchased at the expense of the normalized insurance stock. According to the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea, among the delivered devices is a rehabilitation complex for locomotor therapy. With the help of this device, patients perform physical exercises that provide passive or active-passive movements in the joints and muscles based on computer programs. This helps patients regain their walking skills.
A professional system of deep electromagnetic stimulation of tissues has also been installed. The impact of an electromagnetic field on the tissues of the body is used to treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
A standard treadmill has been put into operation — walking and running in place help restore muscles and joint mobility.
The simulator for passive cyclic exercises for the elbow joint, the simulator for the passive development of the shoulder, the simulator for the continuous passive development of the ankle joint, the simulator for the passive active development of the hip / knee joint, the simulator for the continuous passive development of the hands / wrist joint have been successfully used. In addition, three specialized massage tables are installed.— noted in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.
The total cost of the purchased equipment is almost 10 million rubles. Until now, this type of equipment was not available in the Kerch City Hospital No. 3. The devices allow to bring the medical rehabilitation of patients with disorders in the musculoskeletal system to a new level, significantly increasing the effectiveness of the classes.
