We remind you that from March 30, 2025, the procedure for sending appeals to state bodies, local governments or an official in the form of an electronic document has changed. Now it is possible to send electronic circulation only after the mandatory identification and (or) authentication of the applicant through a single identification and authentication system (ESIA). This innovation is designed to increase the level of security.
Sending calls through e -mail is no longer a legal way of interaction with Rosreestr.
There are two official channels to submit electronic appeals through Esia:
1. Special electronic form on the Rosreestr website.
This method allows you to directly send an appeal through a convenient interface on the Rosreestr website at: https://rosreestr.gov.ru/eservices/services/ After filling out the form and confirmation of personality through Esia, your appeal will be registered in the system.
2. Portal «State Services. We decide together «
Another convenient and effective tool for interacting with state bodies. Changes that have entered into force on March 30, 2025 are aimed at improving the quality of public services and increasing the efficiency of the interaction of citizens with state authorities.
