New winners of the grant competition for the creation of modular hotels were determined in Sevastopol

The Commission for the provision of grants for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities has identified new winners of the competition. Representatives of municipalities, businesses and authorities of Sevastopol, who are members of the commission, evaluated the applications of entrepreneurs for compliance with the requirements for the procedure for providing support. Then the contestants presented their projects and answered clarifying questions.

The second meeting of the commission was held following the results of a grant competition for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities. In accordance with the applications that were accepted in the period from 26 October to November 9, we have identified two grant recipients. The winners are:

• Albatross SK Limited Liability Company;
• Limited Liability Company “Agrofirma “Zolotaya Balka”. 2022

After the conclusion of the agreements, entrepreneurs will receive co-financing for the creation of a total of 24 modules.

As a reminder, Sevastopol in 2022 was allocated 24 million rubles for grant support of entrepreneurial initiatives to create modular non-capital accommodation facilities . In accordance with the terms of the competition, the participant invests at least % of his own funds relative to the requested grant. Within the framework of one project, it is necessary to build at least modular accommodation facilities on recreational lands related to Sevastopol. In total, according to the results of already held grant competitions, projects for the construction of more than 100 modular hotels received support.
