New workshops opened at the Sevastopol College of Service and Trade

In the Sevastopol College of Service and Trade, training and production workshops were opened in two specialties — “Bakery” and “Cooking”. The result of the work performed on the premises was checked by Vice Governor Igor Mikheev. According to him, thanks to the purchased equipment and kitchen utensils, three jobs will be organized in the bakery workshop, and the total capacity of the cooking workshop is now 12 jobs — previously 8 students could work in it.
The opening of the workshops will expand the opportunities for students who will be able to apply their knowledge in practice, teachers, masters of industrial training of the college and potential partner organizations , — said Igor Mikheev.
In the Povarskoe Delo workshop, combi steamers, induction cookers, refrigerators, planetary and submersible mixers, pasta and ravioli machines, electronic scales, scales for molecular cuisine, cremer siphons at each workplace and a thermomixer, immersion thermostat, dehydrator, cabinet shock freezer, slicer, vacuum packaging machine on a common work site. The total cost of new equipment is 3.9 million rubles.
To equip the Khlebopechenie workshop, dough mixers, planetary mixers, a shock freezer, exhaust hoods, production tables, electronic scales, an ice maker, an air conditioner and kitchen utensils were purchased for a total of 1.7 million rubles.
Recall that in total this year in Sevastopol equipped 11 workshops on the basis of four institutions of secondary vocational education.
