New Year's gifts were prepared for Northern Military District soldiers in Chersonese Tauride
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On December 19, on the day of remembrance of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, popularly called St. Nicholas the Winter, the staff of the museum-reserve donated gifts to the humanitarian mission of the Sevastopol deanery for soldiers located in the zone of a special military operation.
Very soon, boxes with warm clothes, personal hygiene products, food and various New Year’s goodies will go to our soldiers. Children in frontline villages will also receive sweet gifts. Christmas angels, who were sent to Chersonesos from all over the country, will also fly from the museum-reserve to the front. The best works of participants in a large-scale competition of designer toys will decorate the New Year tree in one of the units, warming the hearts of our soldiers, creating a festive mood for them and reminding them of home— note the press service of Chersonese Tauride.
Children’s cards will also be given to the fighters so that each of them will receive a piece of love and warmth as a gift from those whose lives they are now protecting.
