Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Vladimir Nemtsev congratulated the townspeople on the upcoming New Year and summed up the results of the outgoing year.
According to him, the year 2023 clearly put everything in its place: priorities, understanding of true goals and values, and understanding who is who. The year has united Russians even more and strengthened their confidence that the course the country is following is the right one.
