Nicaraguan media are interested in objective information about the situation in Crimea

The situation in the Republic of Crimea is calm, the economy of the Russian region is developing, there is an increase in budget revenues and the number of small and medium-sized enterprises. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko during a meeting of the Crimean delegation with representatives of the media and civil society of Nicaragua.

The interest in Crimea among the Nicaraguan media is quite high. At the meeting, various questions were asked, they were interested in details about the life of Crimeans. We have nothing to hide; after reunification with Russia, the republic began rapid development, which is observed in all spheres of economic activity, as well as in social, healthcare, tourism,” the press service quotes Irina Kiviko.

According to her, representatives of about 20 Nicaraguan media took part in the meeting. The meeting was held under the auspices of the Council for Interaction with Media and Civil Society of the Republic of Nicaragua. It was attended by heads of leading television channels, radio stations, Internet and print publications, and journalistic organizations in Nicaragua.

Irina Kiviko noted that the possibility of establishing cooperation between the media of Nicaragua and Crimea and creating joint projects was discussed.
