Night rescue operation: young, inexperienced tourists got lost in the mountains near Sudak

On the night of March 17 (at 2:09) the Crisis Management Center received a message that a group of tourists went for a walk in the Solnechnaya Dolina area (near Sudak) and got lost in a mountainous forest area.
The young people did not register the group with rescue services. They were not prepared for the campaign. I did not have a supply of water, warm clothes, comfortable shoes, a flashlight and other necessary things with me. Fortunately, we managed to establish contact with rescuers of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Crimea and call for help— said the emergency department.
The tourists were quickly found in satisfactory condition and escorted to a safe place. They did not need medical attention. In total, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations involved in the rescue operation: 2 personnel and one piece of equipment.
