In Sudak, the prosecutor demands that city beaches be equipped with shade canopies and observation posts.
The Sudak City Prosecutor’s Office conducted an inspection of compliance with legal requirements when equipping city beaches for the summer season. It was established that not all beaches are equipped with shade canopies, observation posts and information stands. In order to eliminate the identified violations, a submission was made to the local government body, which is under considerationthe prosecutor’s office reported.
The actual elimination of violations is under the control of the supervisory authority.
