Not all FAPs in Crimea are built equally well and quickly
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The construction of medical and obstetric stations (FAPs) continues in Crimea. Most often, these are modular buildings, the construction of which does not take a long time. In any case, these FAPs are a great support for the villagers. More details in our selection. However, even with 100% budget funding and not too difficult tasks, builders… “mess up.” For example, construction is delayed. Are the authorities not solving the problem? Security forces and supervisory authorities will intervene. Let’s be honest, such stories do not end well for contractors. For example, right now in the Krasnogvardeisky district of Crimea, the prosecutor is demanding that unscrupulous contractors be held administratively liable.
The district hospital has concluded contracts with two enterprises for the installation of modular medical outpatient clinics and medical and obstetric stations in 6 rural settlements of the district. The work period under the above contracts expired in April 2023, but the actual installation work has not yet been completed. In order to eliminate the identified violations, the district prosecutor made representations to the contractors, which were considered and satisfied. Contractors have taken measures aimed at accelerating the pace of installation work— reported the supervisory agency.
Nevertheless, in connection with the identified violations, the prosecutor issued decisions regarding the enterprises to initiate cases of administrative offenses. These resolutions are currently under consideration.
