Because Krasnoperekopsk and Evpatoria are probably the most unsatisfactory water quality from the whole Crimea— said Tikhonchuk.

He noted that in Krasnoperekopsk the issue of providing the population with better water is already being decided today. And he expressed the hope that Yevpatoria would come to this in the near future.

The new water supply, which should appear by the end of this year, will not solve the problem of water quality, the parliamentarian noted. The new thread and the new infrastructure will simply provide pressure and normal water consumption, he explained.

Under the contract, until the end of 2025, the issue should be resolved and a new water water drive will be connected, which will provide new microdistricts and our microdistricts in the north-west and northeast of the city with water— he added.

And he recalled that the work includes the construction of 11 kilometers directly of the water conduit, as well as a new substation and a tank for 12 thousand cubic meters of water.

Now the tests and commissioning of new water water threads are slowly undergoing tests— said Tikhonchuk.

Despite the fact that there are other difficulties, this construction, according to him, is very important for a city that regularly encounters problems in providing water.

He emphasized that not only water supply systems, but engineering networks are generally very worn out in Yevpatoria, as throughout the Crimea. Today, the deterioration of networks in Yevpatoria is about 80%, the deputy said.

The republican and federal authorities and the work to correct the situation are undergoing a large and planned one about this problem today, he emphasized.
