And now — a new criminal case against the detained «hero of skirmishes» — about the threat to kill a gas station employee.

The Department of Inquiry of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kirovsky District initiated a criminal case against a 32-year-old local resident who, during a verbal skirmish, threatened an employee of a gas station. On the fact of illegal actions by police officers, an administrative protocol was drawn up against a man under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court found the citizen guilty of committing an administrative offense and sentenced him to administrative arrest for a period of 14 days.

As a result of carrying out verification activities by police officers, a legal assessment was given to the actions of a citizen and a decision was made to initiate a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (threat to kill or cause grievous bodily harm)— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.

The sanction of the article provides for a maximum penalty of imprisonment for up to two years.
