Notaries of Sevastopol signed a cooperation agreement with the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation

Signed Agreement, noted in Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopolfixes the general intentions of notaries and the Fund on the areas of cooperation, the implementation of which will be carried out in the following forms:
• provision of mutual advisory assistance on issues related to ensuring the legal rights of participants in a special military operation, other persons and members of their families;
• creation of informational materials for participants of the special military operation, other persons and members of their families;
• information exchange, exchange of experience in the field of legal education;
• mutual participation in ongoing activities and programs;
• creation of coordinating or advisory bodies on the provision of free legal aid with the participation of the Fund, the notary chamber and other participants in the free legal aid system;
• exchange of information and reference materials in connection with the provision of free legal assistance in notarial services;
• provision by notaries of free legal assistance to participants in a special military operation, other persons and members of their families, addressed to and jointly with other participants in free legal assistance;
• transfer of information materials for posting by the Branch on the issues of notarial acts, accessibility of notarial acts, the list of notarial acts, as well as categories of citizens in respect of which notarial acts are performed with the provision of benefits and other issues.
The signing of this agreement will increase the efficiency of providing assistance to participants in a special military operation and their families as a notarial community, there to other participants in the free legal aid system and, as a result, reduce the time from receipt of a request for its provision to receiving a full package of services.
