Nothing sacred… The “feast” at the graves ended in conflict and theft. Incident in Sevastopol

The leitmotif of the incident in Sevastopol: after a joint feast, the attacker, threatening with a knife, openly stole a smartphone from his drinking buddy.
It has been preliminary established that near one of the city cemeteries 37-year-old local resident, being in a state of intoxication, met an unfamiliar man and his girlfriend. On the occasion of the acquaintance, the company decided to drink alcohol. During the feast, a new acquaintance saw the victim’s smartphone and he had a criminal intent: he took out a knife from his pocket and demanded to give the phone back with threats. Fearing for his life, the citizen complied with the demand of the attacker and the next day turned to the police , the details of the case were announced in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.
As a result of operational-search activities, the criminal investigation department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Leninsky district detained a -year-old suspect. The man confessed to the crime and said that he hid the stolen smartphone in one of the graves in the nearby cemetery.
A criminal case was initiated against the defendant under Part 2 of Art. 40 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Robbery», he faces up to ten years in prison. The suspect was detained in accordance with article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.
