November in Crimea is an enogastronomic month

CrimeaPRESS reports:

November will be an enogastronomic month in Crimea. Events will be held within the framework of the National Project “Tourism and Hospitality Industry”. In November 2023, guests of the peninsula and residents of Crimea will enjoy a completely new format of autumn leisure — enogastronomic weekends. Throughout November, Crimean wineries will hold open days, excursions, tastings, and master classes. Leading wine venues will host thematic events in the areas of “wine and cinema”, “wine and painting”, “wine and music”, “wine and gastronomy”. Events at winemaking and tourist sites in the Yalta, Bakhchisarai, and Sudak regions will bring together the best winemakers, restaurateurs, farmers and event organizers of Crimea at various venues. Residents and guests of Crimea will be able to take part in them, who will get acquainted with the latest in Crimean winemaking, traditional and innovative methods of grape processing, take part in tastings, visit fairs of local artisans, excursions, lectures, master classes, as well as thematic film screenings and painting exhibitions.

The main event will take place on November 18 on the territory of the Wine Tourism Center WINEPARK in Yalta — an exhibition will be organized where Crimean wineries will hold a presentation and tasting of their products for everyone. In addition, the site will house a gastronomic zone with culinary sets from the leading restaurants of Crimea, a cheese market, a creative area and the main stage of the festival, where Alexander Ivanov and the group “Rondo” will perform as the headliner.

Crimea is one of the largest and fastest growing wine regions in Russia, thanks, among other things, to the constant support of the state. Enogastronomic tourism is also rapidly developing and popularizing in the region. It was here that 5 years ago we first created a unique tourist route “Crimean Wine Road”. More than 30 wineries, as well as hotels, restaurants, cheese factories, oyster and mussel farms, display objects are combined into this tour route, they will also become active participants in the enogastronomic November, — the press service of the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Vadim Volchenko quotes.

The concept of holding enogastronomy weeks in Crimea #Novemberfest was developed by the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea and approved in accordance with the goals of the National Project “Tourism and Hospitality Industry”. In addition, the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea will organize a press tour in November with representatives of federal media and bloggers in order to popularize recreation in Crimea.
