On October 25, 2023, on the eve of National Unity Day, a Regional Day of Reception of Citizens will be held in Crimea. Reception of citizens will be carried out from 10:00 to 16:00 in the executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea and local government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Crimea.
Reception of citizens is carried out by authorized persons of these bodies, whose competence includes resolving issues raised in oral appeals. Personal reception is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis upon presentation of an identity document. Information about the addresses of reception of citizens of the relevant executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea and local government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Crimea is posted on official websites on the Internet, — noted in the press service of the Information Policy Department of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Crimea.
On October 25, 2023, from 10:00 to 16:00, the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea will also host a regional day of reception of citizens in the “hotline” format. Reception will be carried out by authorized persons.
Hotline telephone numbers: (3652) 544-609, (3652) 544-419. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea will consider issues within its competence.
