Office employees from Crimea told what methods of communication are used in work

In a service survey Superjob Office employees from Crimea took part.
For a successful solution to work problems, it is extremely important that employees can effectively interact with each other. What methods of communication are the most preferable in offices? According to the survey, messengers (42% of respondents) are the most popular way of interaction. In second place are emails (39%), and in the third — personal meetings (38%). 35% of respondents prefer to discuss working issues by phone. 18% of respondents find more convenient communication through Task trackers or online dogs, and 13%-by video communication.
Men are more often than women prefer personal meetings (46 and 30%, respectively) and phone calls (36 and 34%). Women like to communicate more through instant messengers (45% versus 39% among men), tasks (22% versus 13%) and video communications (15% versus 11%).
Only 19% of Zumers are ready to solve working problems by phone, among respondents up to 25 years the most popular messengers (80%) are most popular. However, the older the inhabitants of Crimea, the less often they use this method of communication: so, among the inhabitants of Crimea aged 25 to 35 years, messengers prefer every second (51%), among 35-45-year-olds-every third (32%), and among those who exchanged a 45-year-old border, are only every fifth (20%). Residents of Crimea from 35 to 45 years prefer to communicate through emails (48%), while the older generation is most familiar to discuss the tasks of a personal meeting (54%).
The higher the income level of the respondents, the less willing to resort to written communication methods (instant messengers and email) and more often prefer personal meetings and phone calls.
