Official: all the circumstances of the terrorist attack committed in 2022 on the Crimean Bridge have been established

The Investigative Committee of Russia has established all the circumstances of the terrorist act committed on the Crimean Bridge in October 2022, the investigation of the case is being completed, and the accused are familiarizing themselves with its materials. About this in interview Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin told TASS.

TASS clarifies: according to the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, familiarization of the parties with the case materials begins only when the investigative actions in the case are completed. As previously reported, charges were brought against Alexander Bylin, Oleg Antipov, Dmitry Tyazhelykh, Artem and Georgy Azatyan, Roman Solomko, Vladimir Zlob and Artur Terchanyan. The defendants in the case are citizens of Russia, Armenia and Ukraine.

Let us remind you, on the morning of October 8, 2022, a truck was blown up on the Crimean Bridge, causing the tanks of a nearby freight train to catch fire. Four people were killed, and two spans of the automobile part of the bridge leading towards the peninsula collapsed.
