Official: Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to hit the Crimean bridge with an S-200 anti-aircraft missile

Version about an attempt to strike the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Crimean bridge with a modernized S-200 anti-aircraft missile received official confirmation.
One of the four missiles that were shot down by Russian air defense systems on July 9 was aimed at the Crimean bridge. This was announced by the head of the main headquarters of the VKS Viktor Afzalov.
Air defense systems destroyed two missiles that attacked the Kerch transport crossing and the Morozovsk airfield— Afzalov noted in a report to the Chief of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov.
According to the report of Colonel-General Viktor Afzalov, two S-200 missiles were destroyed by air defense systems, and two more similar missiles were rejected by electronic warfare systems. There are no casualties or destruction.
The Main Intelligence Directorate was instructed to identify the places of storage, preparation of launch positions for S-200 missiles and similar enemy strike weapons, and plan their preemptive fire defeat.
