Official: money instead of issuing a land plot to participants of the SVO is not provided for by Crimean legislation

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Anna Anyukhina spoke about the impossibility of receiving monetary compensation in exchange for a land plot. Let us recall that 4 land plots were formed in the coastal territories of the republic in the Saksky and Chernomorsky districts. Work on the formation of the plots continues. Thus, plots in the Leninsky district will soon be ready for distribution.

At the same time, in connection with the incoming requests, I would like to draw the attention of applicants to the fact that receiving a cash payment instead of a land plot is not provided for by Crimean legislation. In the republic, separate regulations were adopted that regulate the procedure for providing a land plot free of charge for ownership. After registering the right of private ownership of a land plot, a citizen will be able to dispose of the land plot at his own discretion, including selling, exchanging or giving away, – the press service of the Deputy Prime Minister quotes.

The deputy chairperson also emphasized that the areas are selected in such a way that it will be convenient for the defenders to build a residential building there in the future.
