Official: the family mortgage limit has been increased — its issuance will continue
CrimeaPRESS reports:
An additional limit of 350 billion rubles has been allocated for family mortgages, reports the operator of the Dom.RF program. The process of distributing this money between banks has already begun; it will end next week.
In recent days, banks one after another stated that they are suspending the acceptance of applications for family mortgages due to the exhaustion of limits. This situation already arose in September. After this, the remaining limits of 140 billion rubles were redistributed between banks — the volumes of those banks that might not have time to spend their limit were transferred to other banks that did not have enough money for the program. But the redistributed funds did not last long.
As Dom.RF reports, in August, Russian residents received 173 billion rubles under the Family Mortgage program, and in September — 180 billion. If the rate of loan issuance remains the same, the additional limit will be enough until the end of the year.
