In the capital, preparations for the 2023/2024 heating season are underway at an accelerated pace. Vladimir Radchenko, chief engineer of the Central Zhilservice municipal unitary enterprise, spoke in more detail about the readiness of apartment buildings in the Central District.
By the beginning of September, our company, together with Teplokommunenergo, with the support of the municipal services department of the city administration, completed work on washing and pressure testing of apartment buildings that we service, a total of 328. One hundred percent delivery of certificates and certificates of readiness for the heating season was ensured. The employees of our company make every effort to ensure that the residents of the houses that we service spend the heating season in warmth and comfort, – the press service of the Simferopol administration quotes a specialist.
In the city, as of today, out of 93 boiler houses, 85 have been prepared, which is 91%, 61 out of 93 central heating points and 273.82 kilometers of heating networks.
Water supply facilities are already 100% ready: 911.49 kilometers of water supply networks, 28 water supply pumping stations, 2 water treatment plants, 470.33 kilometers of sewerage networks, 4 sewerage pumping stations, 1 sewerage treatment station.
The housing stock is also completely ready for the start of the heating period — these are 2,623 apartment buildings.
