Officially: 115 indicators of national projects are planned to be achieved in Sevastopol

During the plenary session of the Legislative Assembly, Deputy Governor Maria Litovko presented to the deputies a report on the implementation of national projects in Sevastopol for the second half of the year 2021 and the first half of the year 2022 of the year. National projects are aimed at achieving five national goals: preservation of the population, health and well-being of people; opportunities for self-realization and talent development; comfortable and safe living environment; decent, efficient work and successful entrepreneurship; digital transformation.

In 2021 year, Sevastopol took part in the implementation of national projects in which activities were carried out 26 regional projects. These are the national projects “Demography”, “Health Care”, “Education”, “Housing and Urban Environment”, “Ecology”, “Safe High-Quality Roads”, “Labor Productivity”, “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support of Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative”, “International cooperation and export”, “Digital economy of the Russian Federation”, “Culture”.

In the budget of Sevastopol for 2021 year for implementation regional projects provided for 4.024 billion rubles. Of these, 2.7 billion are federal budget funds, 806, 9 million are Sevastopol budget funds, 518, 4 million are budget funds Moscow. Extra-budgetary sources — funds of the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund — in the 2021 year are provided in the amount of 12,43 million rubles. At the same time, in the 2021 year, the volume of contracting amounted to 2.9 billion rubles — this is 96, 3% of the planned volume . At the end of the year, cash disbursement within the framework of the implementation of regional projects amounted to 3.8 billion rubles, which is 94,7%.

In 2022 year, Sevastopol takes part in the implementation of 12 national projects and 31 regional. The national project «Tourism and hospitality industry» has become new for the city, and in terms of regional projects, work has begun in the areas «Development of the youth support system» and «Modernization of primary health care in the Russian Federation».

In the city budget this year for implementation 26 Regional projects provide funds in the amount of 4.8 billion rubles, including 2.9 billion from the federal budget, 1.5 billion from the budget of Sevastopol, 346 .8 million — funds from the budget of the city of Moscow. Extrabudgetary sources — funds of the Territorial CHI Fund — in 2022 year are provided in the amount of 39,31 million rubles. The social bloc still makes up a large share — 31,4%, says the deputy governor.

In the 2022 year, the percentage of contracting regional projects increased to 94% — this is 2.8 billion rubles from the planned volume of 2, 9 billion As of 20 November, cash draw is 3. 31 billion rubles, this is 74,2%. The forecast level of development by the end of the year is 80,2%.

The level of achievement of national development goals in Sevastopol depends on the level of achievement of indicators of national projects. According to the results of 2021 year, 77 indicators of national projects were achieved, which is 93% of the total number of indicators. Based on the results of the implementation of regional projects in the 806 year, 94-percentage achievement 115 indicators, which will amount to 77% of the total number, — Maria Litovko concluded.

For two years, within the framework of the Healthcare national project, several dozen units of various medical equipment for the city’s medical institutions were purchased and medicines were purchased. The national project «Education» made it possible to open the «Ecotech +» school, create a Center for continuous professional development of teachers, two centers of education in the natural sciences and technology areas «Point of Growth», two digital development centers «IT-cube», a Regional model center for additional education children at the Sevastopol Station for Young Technicians.

Within the framework of the national project «Culture», in two years it was possible to re-equip four libraries according to the model standard, repair and equip two music schools with musical instruments, and open a virtual concert hall in Novobobrovka.

Thanks to the Demography national project, the construction of the Gornyak stadium and the first stage of the sports complex named after the 100 anniversary of Sevastopol were completed, and financial assistance to families at the birth of children amounted to more than 830 million rubles. Within the framework of the national road project, this year 31 roads will be brought to the normative state and two bridge structures will be repaired, in the past year of work performed on 77 objects. The national project «Housing and urban environment» made it possible to equip six public spaces in 2021 year, four territories in 2022 year, and the national project «Small and medium-sized businesses and support of individual entrepreneurial initiative” – to increase the number of self-employed from 9 thousand people to 17 thousand, the number of citizens employed in the field of small and medium-sized businesses — from 59 thousand to 80 thousand people.

During the implementation of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality Industry”, which is new for the city, grant support will be provided in the total amount of about 330 million rubles for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities, the improvement of beaches and the development tourism infrastructure. And thanks to the national project «Digital Economy in the Russian Federation», the city provided 73 mass socially significant services in electronic form using a single public services portal.
