Officially: budget revenues of the Republic of Crimea in 2025 are planned at 220.4 billion rubles

Thus, according to the project, budget revenues in 2025 will amount to 220.4 billion rubles, in 2026 – 213.5 billion, in 2027 – 197.6 billion rubles. “The level of own tax and non-tax revenues in 2025 is planned at 94.4 billion rubles, in 2026 and 2027 – 96 and 101.5 billion rubles, respectively. That is, every year revenues to the republic’s budget are growing, and this is an important indicator of positive trends in the economy. To understand: compared to 2014, the volume of own income increased 8 times– said the Head of Crimea.
At the same time, expenses in 2025 are planned at 224.3 billion rubles, in 2026 – 216.8 billion, in 2027 – 200.9 billion rubles.
The budget deficit will be covered by the forecast balances at the beginning of each budget year, formed due to additional revenues, savings, and also by attracting an infrastructure loan from the federal budget,” explained the Head of the Republic.
At the same time, 73.2 billion rubles are provided for economic development next year; in 2026 – 76.6 billion; in 2027 – 59.1 billion rubles. Social policy remains a priority area. In the next three years, 36.1 will be spent respectively on this area; 37.2; 38.8 billion rubles. 44.5 is planned for educational needs; 42.2; 40.6 billion rubles. For healthcare financing: 19.3 billion rubles in 2025; 17 billion – in 2026; 16.6 billion rubles – in 2027.
The sphere of housing and communal services is also one of the primary ones. Next year, 29.8 billion rubles will be allocated for its development, and in the next two years – 21.2 and 23.2 billion rubles. The volume of the road fund will amount to 41.5 billion rubles in 2025; in 2026 – 53.5 billion; in 2027 – 37 billion rubles.
Sergei Aksyonov emphasized that when forming the draft budget, the main task was solved — the optimal balance between the needs for budget expenditures and the possibilities of revenue sources.
The draft of the main financial document of the republic will be submitted for consideration to the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.
