Officially: commissioning of housing in Sevastopol for January-May 2023 decreased by 33.8%

In January-May 2023, 202.9 thousand m were commissioned in Sevastopol² housing. This is by 33.8%, or by 103.3 thousand m² less than the same period in 2022.

In May 2023, 16.9 thousand m² of housing was commissioned in Sevastopol. This is 61.3%, or 26.8 thousand m² less than in the same period in 2022. The lag behind the pace of housing commissioning in relation to the previous year is observed in Sevastopol for the third month in a row. Among the 85 regions of the Russian Federation, Sevastopol ranks 69th in terms of housing commissioning for May 2023. In terms of the dynamics of the absolute increase in housing commissioning compared to the same month last year, the region took 79th place, and in terms of the dynamics of relative growth, the region was in 83rd placeexperts say Single resource developers.
