In May 2023, 16.9 thousand m² of housing was commissioned in Sevastopol. This is 61.3%, or 26.8 thousand m² less than in the same period in 2022. The lag behind the pace of housing commissioning in relation to the previous year is observed in Sevastopol for the third month in a row. Among the 85 regions of the Russian Federation, Sevastopol ranks 69th in terms of housing commissioning for May 2023.
