Officially: Industry is the most important driver in the development of the Crimea economy

Thanks to the systematic development of this industry, new jobs are created in the republic, tax revenues to the republic’s budget are increasing. To date, most industrial enterprises have determined production volumes for the coming years, which means that the sphere will continue its development. I want to thank all the labor collectives of factories and organizations that work for the benefit of the republic and all of Russia. Separate words of appreciation to those who provide humanitarian support to the front— said the head of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov noted that today the main conditions have been created in the republic for the next stage in the development of the industry.
We have every opportunity to fulfill the tasks set by our president. At the same time, of course, a number of industry problems that have yet to be solved are preserved. I am sure that with the further support of the first deputy chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Denis Valentinovich Manturov and the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Andreyevich Alikhanov, we will succeed. I also urge the heads of industrial enterprises in the event of sensitive offers and questions to directly communicate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Crimea. The effectiveness of our common work ultimately depends on the speed of bringing the necessary information to the decision centers— added the head of the republic.
As part of the event, Sergei Aksyonov presented to workers in the industrial sphere of gratitude to the head of the Republic of Crimea for conscientious work, high professional skill and other special merits.
The Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Crimea Anushavan Agadzhanyan presented a report on the intermediate results of industry development in Crimea for the current period, and also announced a number of proposals to resolve problematic issues in terms of attracting new investments, personnel deficiency, cooperation with leading universities of the republic, and others.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Director of the Department of Regional Industrial Policy of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Vladimir Mostova in the VKS mode, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Igor Mikhailichenko, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea for Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship Oksana Dobroza, representatives of industrial enterprises of the republic, and others.
