By 2030, providing citizens with housing will be at least 25.5 square meters. m per person— said in the ministry.

It is planned to increase the security mainly due to the growth in the volume of housing input to 1.5 million square meters. m per year by 2030. According to the results of 2024, the republic put into operation a record 1.24 million square meters. m, 329 thousand of them — in apartment buildings. As noted in the ministry, in 2025 it is planned to maintain positive dynamics.

Such annual volumes of commissioning of housing will increase the average security of the population of the Republic of Crimea with housing, which is currently less than the average for the Russian Federation. According to the results of 2023, the total area of ​​residential premises, which is on average per inhabitant, in the Republic of Crimea amounted to 21.4 square meters. m against 28.5 square meters. m on average in the country and 27.9 square meters. m in the Southern Federal District— added to the ministry.

The total volume of housing in the territory of the republic since 2014 amounted to 8.52 million square meters. m. In the previous ten years, from 2003 to 2013 — 5.18 million square meters. m.
