Officially: the loan portfolio of Sevastopol residents grew by a third over the year

Retail loan portfolio in Sevastopol increased by 34% and as of October 1, 2023 exceeded 42 billion rubles. For mortgage loans it increased 1.4 times, for consumer loans — by 27%.
As of this date, the total amount of mortgage obligations of residents of the region amounted to 23.6 billion rubles. Over the three quarters of this year, Sevastopol residents concluded about 1,860 mortgage agreements — this is 1.7 times more than in the same period in 2022.
On average, Sevastopol residents took out a loan of more than 4 million rubles for the construction and purchase of housing for a period of about 26 years.
