Officially: the moratorium on scheduled business inspections will remain until 2030
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Until 2030, scheduled business inspections will be carried out only at hazardous production facilities, high and extremely high risk facilities, and hydraulic structures of hazard class II. Relevant resolution accepted by the government of the Russian Federation.
In difficult economic conditions, it is very important to really support small and medium-sized enterprises. As part of the moratorium on inspections in 2022, 33 control (supervisory) measures were canceled in the city of Sevastopol in relation to business entities. This greatly facilitated the conduct of business and reduced the administrative burden.— Denis Profatilov, director of the Department of Economic Development, quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.
The document also extends the possibility of conducting preventive visits instead of control audits for educational institutions that are included in the high-risk group. Unlike scheduled inspections, such a visit does not threaten with fines and penalties. But if the inspectors find violations, they will issue orders to eliminate them.
The adopted decisions are part of the reform of control and supervision activities. Within its framework, a unified register of control (surveillance) measures has been created in Russia. Thus, inspectors have no right to carry out inspections unless they enter them into the register. The registry itself is synchronized with the public services portal. Through personal accounts on the portal, entrepreneurs can track information about upcoming inspections, see the decisions made as a result and, if necessary, appeal them in a pre-trial order.
Recall that Sevastopol entrepreneurs can report unfair actions of regulatory authorities within the framework of the moratorium on scheduled and unscheduled inspections through a personal account on the portal or by direct link.
