At the same time, the hotel or sanatorium should give a written response to the written complaint. And, if the answer does not satisfy the guest, then he can contact Rospotrebnadzor.
In this case, Rospotrebnadzor, together with the prosecutor’s office, conducts an audit. But, if the hotel answered the claim and the problem was canceled, then there is no reason to file a complaint— said the Marnopolskaya.
