On credit: the construction of a resort and recreational complex in Evpatoria was financed by the RNKB

RNKB opened a credit line in the amount of 2.1 billion rubles for Specialized Developer Simferopol Development Company LLC for the construction of the first stage of the Moinaco Riviera resort and recreation complex. The complex with an area of 30 hectares near Lake Moinaki in Yevpatoria will include residential buildings and apartments, commercial real estate, a kindergarten, a shopping and entertainment center, etc. In addition, landscaping and landscaping of the adjacent territory, including the lake embankment, will be provided. The approximate area of residential real estate is 200 thousand square meters, apart-hotels — thousand square meters

According to experts, the infrastructure of the complex will be adapted to the needs of citizens with disabilities, including wheelchair users.

Reference: Specialized Developer Simferopol Development Company LLC was established in 2020 in the Republic of Crimea. Agreements on the integrated development of the territory of Lake Moinaki were signed by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov in November 2022 with the Investor «Simferopol Development Company».

The total social obligations of investors amount to about 2.5 billion rubles. Each of the investors will transfer to the ownership of the region at least 5% of the area of apartments for citizens in need of better housing conditions and at least % of the area of apartments for citizens who are participants in state housing programs implemented on the territory of the republic.
