2024 has been declared the Year of the Family in Russia. In this regard, on July 8, the Orthodox Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, the Donor Action «It’s Family» will be held in Yalta. On this day, representatives of donor dynasties who donate blood will participate in a no-lose lottery and receive various valuable and memorable prizes.
Let the participation of active donor families of Yalta show that our unity, mercy and kindness can make the world a much better place, and each of us can make our invaluable and necessary contribution to saving people’s lives! – says one of the organizers of the important event, Ekaterina Demina.
The initiators of the Donor Action «It’s Family to Us» were: Chairman of the Yalta City Council Konstantin Shimanovsky, the Yalta Centralized Club System and the Yalta Branch of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Karelia «Blood Center». The event will be held within the framework of the All-Russian Action-Competition «Family Code of the Donor».
The «Donor Family Code» competition is aimed at increasing the level of participation of Russians in blood and bone marrow donation and promoting donation as a family tradition. The project focuses on the value and role of the family in forming a culture of assistance, care and support, which are inextricably linked with voluntary donation and, of course, family.
Let us remind you that the reception of voluntary blood donors in the Yalta branch of the State Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Karelia «Blood Center» at the address: Yalta, Sverdlova St., 14 is held from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:00. You must have a Russian passport and SNILS with you.
