According to the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov, a decision was made for the period from December 2022 to January 1 2023 year inclusive to remove restrictions on the use and use of pyrotechnic products by individuals and legal entities in Crimea.

Appropriate amendments have been made to the Decree “On the Threat of an Emergency Situation that Arose on the Territory of the Republic of Crimea”, the document published on the portal of the Republican Council of Ministers .

Nevertheless, I consider it important at such a time to observe certain moral frameworks when holding festive events. Thanks to the courage and steadfastness of our soldiers participating in a special military operation, the security of Crimea is ensured. We have the opportunity to work and study quietly, raise children, and make plans for the future. I hope for consciousness and responsibility of our citizens. Let our families become the center of the upcoming holidays, and children be the main participants , — Sergei Aksyonov addressed the Crimeans.
