From November 15, 2023 to March 31, 2024, the All-Russian event “Tree of Wishes” is being held in Crimea, organized by the All-Russian social and state movement of children and youth “Movement of the First”. Two categories of participants are invited to participate in the event: Dreamers and Doers.
Dreamers are children from 3 to 17 years old inclusive, of the following categories:
- with disabilities;
- with a disability;
- with a life-threatening health condition;
- orphans and those left without parental care;
- living in families with income below the subsistence level;
- from families of military personnel and (or) mobilized, taking or taking part in a special military operation;
- residing and registered in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions).
Performers are individuals and legal entities who have expressed a desire to fulfill the cherished wishes of children from socially vulnerable categories.
To participate in the promotion, the parent (legal representative) of the beneficiary must register in the “Become a Dreamer” section, submit an application for participation in the Promotion, attaching the relevant documents and a description of their cherished desire on the Internet information and telecommunications network tree of wishes.rf. Performers must register in the “Become a Performer” section on the official website of the promotion on the Internet information and telecommunications network tree of wishes.rf— reported the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Crimea.
