On November 20, the All-Russian Day of Legal Assistance for Children will be held in Crimea

On November 20, the All-Russian Day of Legal Assistance for Children will be held. As part of this action, consultation centers will operate in Crimea (in 25 municipalities of the Republic) to provide free legal assistance on issues of children’s rights and child-parent relations for the following category of citizens:
— orphans and children left without parental care and persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, as well as their legal representatives;
— persons wishing to adopt a child left without parental care into their family, if they apply for free legal assistance on issues related to the placement of a child in a family;
— adoptive parents, if they apply for free legal assistance on issues related to placing a child in a family;
— disabled children and their parents.
The consultation will be attended by representatives of the prosecutor’s office, police, departments of the Civil Registry Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Crimea, the Office for Minors and the Protection of Their Rights, social service centers for families, children and youth, territorial bodies of the Pension Fund, the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the Office of the Federal bailiff services, lawyers, notaries in the Republic of Crimea.
