In order to reduce the duration of contact between citizens and authorized persons conducting the reception, it is recommended to prepare the text of the appeal in writing in advance.

The All-Russian Day of Reception of Citizens on October 9, 2024 is held in accordance with the procedure for applying methodological recommendations for working with personal appeals and requests.

Making an appointment is carried out by recording data about the applicant that allows him to be identified: last name, first name, patronymic (the latter — if available), date of birth, address of place of residence or location, telephone number, other data.

Personal receptions are not allowed

• applicants who have not previously made an appointment;
• applicants who arrived late relative to the appointment time specified in the preliminary appointment;
• applicants who arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
