On Saturday, June 24, Sevastopol will host a holiday of populist musicians «Balalaika — the sonorous pride of Russia.» It will take place in the open air next to the sea — on the summer stage «Rakushka» of Primorsky Boulevard. The event is dedicated to the International Balalaika Day.
How reported in the Palace of Culture of Fishermen, the Sevastopol Russian Folk Orchestra «Pearl of Russia» will perform before the residents and guests of the city. Honored Artist of Sevastopol Vyacheslav Muzychenko and laureate of international competitions Vlada Verkhoturova will please the audience with their voices.
The program includes a solo on the button accordion performed by the Honored Artist of Sevastopol Alexei Koltikov and a solo on the balalaika, which will be played by the Honored Artist of the Crimea Oleg Kadnay. The celebration will start at 17:30.
