For the third year in a row, we have been conducting on-site medical examinations for veterans, and this form of work is in great demand. It is convenient for elderly people to undergo all the necessary examinations right at home. The Yalta Veterans Council reported that lists of veterans who need medical examination have been compiled:

Thanks to the Yalta Multidisciplinary Medical Center of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia for always meeting us halfway and responding to all our requests and wishes,” notes the chairman of the Council of Veterans of Yalta, Yuri Kirillov.
The clinic has also drawn up a schedule of visits to veterans.

Currently, doctors are examining and examining 30 veterans. If there is a need for this, specialists from the YMMTC FMBAA of Russia are ready to additionally include them in the list of those wishing to do so.
One of these patients to whom doctors visited was Honorary Citizen of Yalta Anatoly Mikhailovich Sotnikov, whose life path evokes sincere respect. He took part in the battles on Malaya Zemlya, crossed the Dnieper, participated in the liberation of Kyiv, Zhitomir, in the battles for the Sandomierz bridgehead, the liberation of Slovakia, Hungary, and southern Poland. Anatoly Mikhailovich Sotnikov celebrated Victory Day on May 9, 1945 in Prague. And after the victory, Sotnikov, as a translator, helped for a long time in working with German prisoners of war. For participation in the Great Patriotic War, the veteran received four commendations from the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, was awarded the Order of the Red Star, the Order of the Patriotic War II degree, the Order of the Patriotic War III degree, the Order of Bohdan Khmelnitsky, and numerous medals.
On March 9, Anatoly Mikhailovich will turn 100 years old — and many Yalta residents will honor him. Therefore, it was not superfluous to check his well-being the day before. Artem Osipov, paramedic of the YMMTC FMBA of Russia, and nurse Nadezhda Butyrskaya conducted the first stage of medical examination at the veteran’s home. Anatoly Mikhailovich is very cheerful and optimistic, and is ready to celebrate his 100th anniversary in a good mood and in good healthexperts note.
