On the antique prospect in Sevastopol there will be a two -lane movement with a width of the carriageway 7.5 meters
Krympress reports:
The Antique Avenue Road will connect the existing residential quarters of the Omega microdistrict, planned quarters of complex development, and will also ensure the transport accessibility of education facilities, which were previously built under the program “Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”.
This is an ambitious project, very popular and long -awaited. Previously, this whole territory was completely unleashed, so it had to be put in order for a long time. To implement this project, we took a treasury loan that the city will return, but at a very low percentage, and this allows you to build a road now. Until the end of the year, work should be completed. This object, of course, will significantly change the life of the entire microdistrict,-quoted the press service of the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Pravozhaev.
The total length of the road will be 1.74 kilometers. There will be a two -lane movement with a width of the carriageway of 7.5 meters, wide sidewalks on both sides of the road and bicycle path. Also, traffic lights, modern stopping complexes with arrival pockets, 12 pedestrian crossings will be installed here and lands on the territory — more than 2000 trees and shrubs will be planted throughout the road.
Archaeological studies have already been fully completed at the facility, work is underway on the installation of storm sewers, excavation, the reconstruction of engineering networks, workers install on -board stones and lay paving slabs. The total construction readiness of the facility is 55%.
Also, during the inspection, the issues of creating small architectural forms were discussed — benches and urns will be made in the ancient style.
Near the choir of Khersones and, of course, we will try to ensure that the entire design of small architectural forms and design is tied to an antique style, ask our Sevastopol State University to work hard, and then we will discuss the architectural and artistic council— said the governor of Sevastopol.
Another important point that Mikhail Pravozhaev drew attention to is the need to arrange a pedestrian jumper between the two buildings of the school on Antichnaya Avenue. Now schoolchildren are forced to move along an unequipped path, so this issue will be resolved in the future in interaction with the Museum «Tauride Chersonesos» — so as not to damage the cultural layer.
The governor also instructed the territory of the Omega beach and the second turn of the reconstruction of the Victory Park.
