«On the basis of a sudden hostility.» In Simferopol, a 55-year-old man stabbed his wife to death

In Simferopol, the prosecutor’s office sent to court a criminal case against a 55-year-old local resident who is accused of murdering his wife (Part 1, Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to the investigation, on June 23 this year, the couple drank alcoholic beverages together in an apartment on the street. Malofontannaya, where the family lived. On the basis of a sudden enmity, the man hit his wife with a knife, which he took in the kitchen. The woman died from her wound while in the apartment. The defendant does not admit guilt in the crime, explaining that he had no intent to kill his wife.the prosecutor’s office said.

The criminal case was sent to the Kyiv District Court of Simferopol for consideration on the merits.
