The need to create this school has existed for a long time. In the Republic of Crimea, a large number of patients receiving the drug «Warfarin». The use of this drug implies constant control of the coagulation system of blood — the determination of the IN. In the classroom at school, issues aimed at understanding the process of self -control of the INS, training in the use of control devices.
