On the Day of National Unity in Crimea, an information tour will be held for guests from new regions of Russia

From 4 to 6 November 2022, during the celebration of the Day of National Unity, about 50 representatives of the new constituent entities of the Russian Federation will be received in Crimea. Guests, mainly from the Zaporozhye region, will come to get acquainted with the organization and objects of the tourist and resort infrastructure of Crimea, built or modernized in the period from 2014 to 2022 as part of the Russian Federation .

The info tour will take place within the framework of the events planned by the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea in accordance with the previously signed five-party agreement in the field of resorts and tourism between new regions and the Republic of Crimea , — said the Ministry of Resorts of the Republic of Crimea.

The program of the info tour includes a visit to the new Simferopol International Airport, the Tavrida highway, sightseeing tours of Simferopol, Yalta, Evpatoria, acquaintance with new and modernized sanatoriums and hotels in the Russian Crimea.

There is a huge demand from our colleagues for the real state of affairs in Crimea. Many of them have not been here for 8 years, they need to see with their own eyes how Crimea has changed and grown, what powerful investments come here both from the state and from business. We need to convey that their faith in Russia is based on real deeds , — said Vadim Volchenko, Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea.

As part of the cooperation agreement, in addition to information tours, training events are planned in the near future on issues of resorts and tourism and entry into the legal field of the Russian Federation, as well as the collection of information about the residents of new entities in need of rehabilitation and health improvement and further work on their reception by accommodation facilities in Crimea.
