On the Day of the Baptism of Rus', visitors to Chersonesos are waiting for art alleys and exciting master classes

To make the Day of the Baptism of Rus’ even more interesting, the museum-reserve, with the support of the My History Foundation, organizes various master classes and spaces for creativity:

• on the central alley from 10:00 to 18:00 there will be an alley of handicraft traditions of Rus’, where everyone can learn more about folk crafts. From 13:00 to 16:00, everyone is invited to take part in master classes, make beads and bracelets from glass, create toys from clay, wood, bast, textiles and paint gingerbread.
• from 10:00 to 13:00 on the main street, the art alley «The Road to the Temple» will be open. Walking along it, visitors will learn about the famous Orthodox monasteries, and the little guests will be able to color their images. The stand exhibition «The Baptism of Rus’ in Painting» (on the alley near the Mint of Tauric Chersonesos) will inspire and immerse you in the history of the holiday.
