The police understand the causes and circumstances of the morning incident on the Evpatoria highway, near Simferopol. At about 4 o’clock in the morning, an SUV exploded near the village of Mirnoye.
According to preliminary data, the driver of the Toyota Land Cruiser, moving along the Evpatoria highway, hit an obstacle, followed by ignition of the gas-balloon equipment installed on the car. Three people were injured in the incident and were taken to hospital.— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
The circumstances of the incident are being clarified, and based on the results of the measures taken, a decision will be made in accordance with the law.
It is known that the victims are men of approximately the same age (from 39 to 42 years). They were diagnosed with burns of 2-3 degrees.
