On the Golitsyn trail — near Sudak — a girl got into an unpleasant situation. Rescuers were called for help

Information was received that during a tourist walk along the Golitsyn trail in the village of Novy Svet, a girl became ill and periodically lost consciousness. She needs to be evacuated from the mountain trail.
Three employees of the Sudak ASO duty shift were sent to provide assistance. Upon arrival, the rescuers quickly found the victim with signs of heat stroke on the tourist trail of the eastern slope of Cape Kapchik. The employees of «KRYM-SPAS» provided her with first aid and evacuated her on a stretcher to the service car, after which she was taken to the Sudak City Hospital— the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Crimea announced the details of the rescue operation.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea reminds that abnormally hot weather continues on the peninsula and will last until August 25.
In this regard, we ask you to observe basic precautions to avoid heatstroke and sunstroke:
• avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight;
• use headwear when moving around the city and in mountainous and forested areas: caps, hats, scarves, panamas;
• when planning a hike in a mountain forest zone, stock up on enough water and food;
• drink more fluids: plain, non-carbonated, cool, but not cold water;
• if you feel unwell, dizzy or nauseous, immediately go into the shade, sit down, wet a handkerchief or any cloth with water and apply it to your head. Drink some water;
• when on the street, ask passersby to stay with you until the ambulance arrives.
