Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate brought to justice a driver who grossly violated traffic rules on the Simferopol-Yalta highway.

Users of social networks complained about the driver who grossly violated the Traffic Rules, creating a danger for road users. In a video recording published by eyewitnesses, in Yalta, the driver of a DAF truck moved in a straight direction along the dividing strip from the lane intended for turning left, thereby violating the paragraph. 9.9 Traffic rules of the Russian Federation— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

During the inspection, employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate established the identity of the offender. He turned out to be a 34-year-old local resident, against whom administrative material was drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Violation of the rules for positioning a vehicle on the roadway, oncoming traffic, as well as driving along the side of the road or crossing an organized transport or pedestrian convoy or taking a place in it.”
