On the Southern Coast of Crimea, the occupancy rate of small hotels in August is close to 100%
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The average occupancy rate of small facilities in Crimea is approaching 70%. Closer to 100% is the southern coast of Crimea, in particular Feodosia, Sudak. In Sevastopol, for some reason, the occupancy rate is on average up to 50%. On the western coast (Saki, Evpatoria, Chernomorskaya, Mezhvodnaya), where there are open beaches within walking distance, the occupancy rate is also up to 70%, and those facilities that are near the defensive line are only 30% occupied, — she said.
The head of the association of small hotels of Crimea and Sevastopol also noted that residents of Simferopol are going en masse to relax in small hotels near the city on weekends.
Stambulnikova noted that by the end of summer, bookings become less active, so it is too early to predict the level of occupancy for September and October.
