On the street. Gorpishchenko in Sevastopol built a new ambulance substation
Krympress reports:
The new two -story building of the “Center for Emergency Medical Assistance and Disaster Medicine” was built instead of the one that for more than half a century was crowded in a residential building on 29 Korebnaya St., now in a new substation, notes «Sevastopol newspaper»with an area of more than a thousand square meters, four brigades will be able to accommodate: three general profile and one — resuscitation.
On the territory of the new substation there is a warm block with a canopy for four cars, boxes for washing and repairing ambulance cars. Another plus is the presence in the building of the recreation room for medical staff. The building has already been put into operation, now the licensing process is underway.
However, according to the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, during a visit to the substation, Governor Mikhail Podvozhaev noted the limited area of the premises for staff. In his opinion, it would be possible to make more room for changing clothes, more conveniently — a room for eating, expanding the bathrooms.
The head of the city drew the attention of the builders and the head physician to these shortcomings, with the wish to build the next substation more comfortable for staff.
The substation No. 1 of the Sevastopol Center for Emergency Medical Assistance and Disaster Medicine on Gorpishchenko St., 37 began to be built in the spring of 2021. With the contractor — LLC Kapitalstroy, a contract was concluded in the amount of 177.9 million rubles. The deadline is the end of December 2022.
In the spring of 2024, it was reported that the project, developed in 2019, had to be redone. It turned out that modern ambulance cars became large. In order for the gazelle to go into car boxes, I had to raise the ceiling of the first floor by one meter.
